Business Intelligence Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will design and implement end-to-end data models and pipelines in SAP Datasphere.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Datasphere, proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, and hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA data sources. A solid understanding of cloud architecture and data integration is also essential.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions. This includes developing views and data layers using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud, integrating SAP and non-SAP sources using Data Provisioning and Federation tools, and implementing data governance, security, and privacy using SAP Datasphere capabilities.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with IT, business analysts, and data architects. Technical ABAP experience, including AMDP, CDS view creation, ODP, BAdIs, is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end data models and pipelines in SAP Datasphere.
  • Develop views and data layers using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud.
  • Integrate SAP and non-SAP sources using Data Provisioning and Federation tools.
  • Implement data governance, security, and privacy using SAP Datasphere capabilities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud per business requirements.
  • Collaborate across IT, business analysts, and data architects.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SAP Datasphere: data modeling, spaces, and data flows.
  • Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud: story building, planning, live data connections.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA data sources.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and data integration.
  • Technical ABAP experience including AMDP, CDS view creation, ODP, BAdIs.
