Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and key markets.
  • Create, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and manage high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) that demonstrates our technological expertise and engages our audience
  • Create and manage content for pre-sales collateral, including pitch decks, presentations, and other sales support materials, that align with the brand guidelines and sales strategies.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials, reinforcing our positioning as a technology services brand.
  • Run campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement, including setting up campaigns, targeting, monitoring, and analysing results to optimize campaign performance.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of events from concept to execution, including budgeting, logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.
  • Identify and strategically participate in key trade events and industry conferences to position our company as a leading technology services provider
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales and practice teams to align marketing efforts and support business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, building relationships with media outlets, and securing coverage to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6 - 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with minimum 5 years experience in IT Services marketing


Key skill set:

Previous experience in marketing for Adobe, Salesforce, Cloud, Gen AI, Data Engineering, Analytics is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Experience in producing whitepapers, technical blogs, website content, product demo videos, and other marketing collateral that communicate complex IT concepts clearly.
  • Skilled in creating impactful pitch decks and sales enablement materials that articulate technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of public relations best practices, including press release writing and media outreach.
  • Familiarity with article publishing and content creation for B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation using promotions.
  • Experience in planning and managing events, including trade shows, webinars, seminars, and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CMS, CRM, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of campaigns, including strategy to production of content, campaign setup, targeting, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
