  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on new customer acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Evaluate the performance of individual salespeople and the entire sales team.
  • Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify areas for sales process optimization and increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights into market trends and customer behaviors.
  • Conduct profitability analysis to ensure sales strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-5 years in sales analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at working with large datasets.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work across departments to gather insights.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior trends.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.
