Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager - Sales to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As a Customer Relationship Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Madgaon, Goa, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to the management
