As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting the right candidates for our client’s US-based technical process. We are looking for an ambitious, target-oriented, and experienced IT recruiter to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of recruiters at Pune .You will be responsible for: Postings vacancies on portals and networking within the time frame

Handling screening of candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements

Making proactive calls to build relationships and grow the internal database of cleared candidates for our client’s requirement

Obtaining candidate leads, review resumes cultivate referrals and screening candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner

Managing full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, assessing the candidates skills according to requirement (Importantly Voice and Accent, Technical Skills), and hand-holding all the way till closure

Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly performance goals and expectations

Hiring with a clear understanding of BPO, technical requirements; whilst keeping in mind the requirements of the industry

Skillset & qualifications required: Graduate or Master’s degree with 1-3 years recruitment experience

Excellent communications skills

Must have experience in BPO recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles with Voice and Accent skills requirement

Candidate must have extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies and technical job roles requirements to conduct the screening

The candidate should come with a positive attitude & confidence
