  • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to ensure seamless content production.
  • Oversee the management and update of content on business line websites.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Drive social media strategy, including content planning, community management, and performance tracking across platforms like , Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Develop and manage online advertising and PPC campaigns, focusing on creating compelling ad copy and optimising campaign performance.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Research:

  • Lead paid and non-paid activity across all relevant marketing channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis, both internal and competitor, to generate strategic recommendations and insights.
  • Develop and refine strategies for appropriate media channel application in alignment with the Sector Manager.

Accuracy:

  • Implement best practice principles in email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions (including utilising email marketing software for build, segmentation, distribution, and analysis).
  • Track and report the success of content marketing activities.
  • Ensure all output complies with company, industry, and legal guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain brand positioning and ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent with branding and values.

Creative, Production and Distribution:

  • Oversee website development projects, liaising with third-party agencies on strategy, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation to drive high-quality enquiries.
  • Manage inbound marketing programmes across key digital channels and deliver regular e-comms to all core audience segments.
  • Work with the graphic designer to develop necessary assets for all campaigns.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of podcast and video content.

  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is advantageous.
  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Advanced IT skills, e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven consultative communication skills – both verbal and written.
