  • Original Animated Cartoon Show: Help us develop the educational foundation for "The Tales of Tonny the Monny", an original cartoon show by Wollybee, ensuring the show entertains while teaching valuable morals and life lessons to children aged 0-8.
  • Educational Products and Games: Craft age-appropriate curriculums and concepts for our innovative products and games, turning playtime into a fun and enriching learning experience across various domains.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop engaging and educational content (games, scripts, storylines, learning activities) aligned with specific learning objectives for different age groups (0-12), leveraging your deep understanding of child development theories and milestones (cognitive, social, emotional, foundational skills, and physical development).
  • Collaborate with animators and game designers to seamlessly integrate the curriculum into our products.
  • Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, and continuously evaluate and refine curriculums based on feedback and learning outcomes.


Qualifications:


  • Holds a degree in early childhood education, child development, educational psychology, or a related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in designing educational games or working with children in an educational setting.
  • Has a strong understanding of child development theories, learning styles, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Demonstrates exceptional creativity and the ability to translate complex educational concepts into engaging and age-appropriate content.
  • Has excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
  • Is genuinely passionate about creating fun and educational experiences for young learners.


Bonus Points:


  • Experience with developing curriculums for animation and games.
  • Familiarity with national or international early childhood education standards.
  • Strong understanding of various educational methodologies like Montessori or Waldorf.
  • Strong understanding of child psychology and learning styles.
  • A knack for storytelling and crafting engaging narratives.
