Job Summary

NourishKind is seeking a passionate and innovative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. You will be responsible for enhancing NourishKind’s online presence, engaging our community, and driving brand growth across all social platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with NourishKind’s mission to promote holistic health and nutrition.


Content Creation and Curation: Manage the content calendar and create engaging, visually appealing content that resonates with our audience. This includes posts, videos, stories, and reels that highlight the benefits of traditional foods, sustainable practices, and holistic well-being.


Community Engagement: Foster a strong and positive online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with influencers and partners in the health and wellness space.


Performance Tracking and Analysis: Use social media analytics tools to monitor performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to optimize future campaigns. Report on progress and make data-driven decisions.


Collaboration: Work closely with the NourishKind team, including nutritionists and content creators, to ensure brand consistency and to amplify our message across different channels.


Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, nutrition, and wellness to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.


Manage Paid Campaigns: Oversee and optimize paid social media campaigns to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.


Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a preference for experience in the health, wellness, or nutrition sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, , and YouTube.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent written and visual storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail.

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to drive decisions.
