We are looking for Business development manager at primarily North America/ Canada,. However, we can consider someone with suitable other demography experience and is willing to work for North America demography.


Location: Ahmedabad 

Job purpose: 

• Developing and managing client base for Product Engineering Service company for North American market.


Who you are: 

• Want to move beyond Mobile Apps & eCommerce projects

• 5+ years in international client acquisition, preferably in software domain

• Proficient in gathering and analysing first-person, human intelligence  

• Go-getting attitude & passion for Business Development 

Valid B1 Visa


Who you are NOT: 

• Exposure to sales through bidding portals only

• Fully relying on inbound leads

• Attitude and track record of building a long term client relationships


What will excite you: 

• Selling Enterprise Grade Product Engineering Services

• Selling services based on high-end technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain etc.) & domains (HRTech, FinTech, Retail etc.)

• Mentoring from proven leaders

•Travelling and meeting prospects face to face

Some Examples of work in this role: 

• Drive a respective demography vertical with complete ownership  

• Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes 

• Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate  

• Discuss and define effective sales campaign strategy with marketing team
