Key responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Handling customer queries
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Entering and updating customer information in the database
  • Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills with the instinct to understand customer needs
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
  • Knowledge of computer basics
  • Passion for work, learning, and growth
  • Graduates and postgrads are welcome
