  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively position Zendesk's products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in SMB sales, preferably in software sales within the SaaS or tech industry for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong hunting instinct with proven abilities in prospecting and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Customer-focused strategic thinker with a drive for customer success.
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with accountability and integrity.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of regional languages is a bonus.

Applicants for this role must be physically located in and plan to work from Karnataka.
