**Role Summary**
In this role, your responsibilities will involve identifying new target accounts, nurturing relationships with our existing clients, and gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs to provide tailored solutions. Your focus will primarily be on the SMB and Mid-Market segments, with the ultimate goal of strengthening our client relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the IT sector through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their staffing and IT service needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives, technical requirements, and staffing challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their needs
- Collaborate with our recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the successful sourcing, screening, and placement of top IT talent to meet client requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand business within existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiation.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets, while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT staffing, recruitment, or IT services.
- Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing/recruitment processes, technology trends, and IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
