Fundraising & Relationship Manager - NGO (8-10 yrs)

As the Fundraising & Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the organization's financial sustainability and supporting our philanthropic initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, managing CSR projects, and securing resources through fundraising efforts.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Fundraising Strategy:
a. Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure grants, donations, and in-kind support.
b. Identify and target potential donors and grant opportunities.
c. Initiate, manage, execute and evaluate fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
2. Relationship Management:
a. Develop and maintain partnerships with corporate entities and identify collaboration opportunities aligned with TRUST's mission.
b. Collaborate with corporate partners to implement CSR projects effectively.
c. Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements.
3. Resource Mobilization:
a. Build and maintain relationships with potential donors, foundations, and philanthropic organizations.
b. Prepare grant proposals and applications to secure funding.
c. Manage the donor database and track contributions.
4. Branding and Communications:
a. Builds relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
b. Writes press releases, pitches stories, and manages media inquiries.
c. Coordinates events and initiatives to enhance the trust's public image
5. Event Planning:
a. Organize fundraising events and campaigns to engage donors and supporters.
b. Coordinate event logistics, including promotional materials and media coverage.
c. Evaluate the success of fundraising events and campaigns.
Key qualifications and experiences:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, or a related field. A master's degree is desirable.
- Experience: Previous experience in CSR partnership management, fundraising, or related fields for 8-10 years.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of securing donations and grants.
- Grant Writing: Proficiency in grant proposal writing and donor communication.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising and CSR strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Language Proficiency : English, Hindi, Marathi
