About the internship:

Are you ready to kickstart your career in customer service? Orbit Wallet is seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Customer Support intern to join our team. If you have excellent English and Hindi proficiency, along with skills in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and CRM, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests through various communication channels.

2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.

4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide exceptional customer service.

5. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

6. Prepare reports and presentations on customer service metrics and trends.

7. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.
