Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Team Members to join our team.

As an Inside Sales associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts in the US, Middle East, and Europe markets.

You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the US, Middle East, and Europe markets.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our AI-powered data platform and services as the ideal solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
Proven sales experience in the software or services industry
High energy level and a positive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively converse with prospects and customers.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and data platforms is a plus.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-6 inside sales representatives, driving sales efforts in the US, Middle East, and Europe markets, and achieving revenue targets.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, training and mentoring your team, and fostering a positive and high-energy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 5-6 inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the US, Middle East, and Europe markets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Maintain a positive and energetic work environment that promotes learning and adaptability.

Qualifications

Qualified MBA with 8-10 years of relevant experience in inside Sales
Proven experience in sales management within the software or services industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
High energy level and a positive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively converse with prospects, customers, and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and data platforms is a plus.
