The Inside Sales team at UPS is dedicated to boosting revenue from the Middle Market section. The department reaches out to existing Middle Market clients to spot new chances for UPS services.
The Inside Sales team collaborates with various departments such as Pricing, Sales Planning, and Marketing to craft effective strategies to secure new business and retain existing clientele.
Job Summary:
The role of the Enterprise Account Inside Sales Representative (EAISR) revolves around expanding and keeping customer accounts. They delve into customer businesses using available resources, identify their needs, and proactively offer UPS's products and services to fulfill those needs.
Responsibilities include focusing on accounts with the highest potential, building relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and addressing customer inquiries.
The EAISR works alongside sales managers, account executives (AEs), and sales support representatives (SSRs) to align account strategies and agreements.
Job Duties:
- Conducts pre-call research and formulates sales strategies by leveraging company systems and tools.
- Maintains industry knowledge to cater to customer needs effectively.
- Manages accounts, addresses customer issues, and resolves complaints promptly.
- Performs administrative tasks like CRM data entry and account activity updates.
