AVP -Rewards

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Year-End Compensation Cycle:

  • Lead and coordinate the yearend compensation cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of compensation adjustments.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather necessary data and validate compensation changes.

Performance-Linked Increment Distribution:

  • Design and implement a structured process for distributing performancelinked increments.
  • Work closely with performance management teams to align increments with individual and team achievements.

Total Rewards Philosophy Implementation:

  • Understand the organization's Total Rewards philosophy and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate and educate employees on the Total Rewards framework.

AOP and Budgeting Process Management:

  • Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process related to compensation.
  • Analyze financial implications of proposed changes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Conducting Salary Benchmarking Studies:

  • Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
  • Utilize external market data to provide insights and recommendations for competitive compensation structures.

Compensation Analysis with Large Datasets:

  • Work with large datasets to perform indepth compensation analysis.
  • Present findings and insights to leadership, supporting datadriven decisionmaking related to compensation strategies.

Labour Cost Analysis and Recommendations:

  • Analyze labor costs across different departments and business units.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing labor costs while maintaining competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

Promotion and Job Evaluation Process Management:

  • Oversee the promotion and job evaluation process, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to align promotions with performance and organizational objectives.

Incentive and Variable Pay Plans:

  • Develop, implement, and manage incentive and variable pay plans.
  • Align incentive structures with organizational goals to drive performance and motivation
