Head - Banca Channel

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the right corporate BC(Banca) partner and onboard the partner including overseeing the contractual clauses
  • Determine the catchment areas/geographical zones where BC agents should be deployed
  • Design the operating model for the BC channel including laying down the required IT systems, method of payout calculation, mechanisms for performance review etc.
  • Build & oversee the entire BC channel management team
  • Responsible for ongoing channel engagement, expansion, review and target achievement
