Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients within the market to expand the company's customer base.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
  • Revenue Generation: Oversee the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate on our product or service offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and expectations.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure and close deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a wellorganized and active sales pipeline, consistently updating CRM tools with client information and progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in( Middle East Region) (SaaS Sales Only)
  • Strong understanding of the market and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated, driven, and resultsoriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license, if required.
