We started this journey back in 2019 with UniAcco; through which we aspire to ignite a global prop-tech revolution by bringing together students and property managers from all over the world on a single, cross-border platform.

Soon after we understood the student challenges a little more & launched UniCreds; an education loan platform.

By partnering with the top lenders globally, we aim to assist students in acquiring the most competitive education loans at attractive interest rates.

Position Overview:


As the Head of Organic Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive organic growth across various channels.

You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall market presence.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in driving sustainable, organic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Organic Growth Strategies:

  • Create and implement comprehensive organic growth strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for organic growth.

Lead Cross-Functional Team:

  • Build and lead a highperforming team, including marketing, product, and data analytics professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages the generation of new ideas to drive organic growth.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Oversee customer acquisition initiatives, optimizing channels such as SEO, content marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze the effectiveness of organic growth initiatives.
  • Make informed decisions based on data insights to continually optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with the executive team and other relevant stakeholders to align organic growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on key metrics and performance.

Innovation and Experimentation:

  • Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation to identify new opportunities for organic growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on organic growth within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute longterm growth strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
