Job Requirements

Details:

HELPDESK SUPPORT
Helpdesk Software Support (3-4 Year Experience ) BSC IT or Any Graduate

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.

Assist users with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.

Document support interactions and create knowledge base articles for common issues.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain accurate records of support activities.

Conduct user training sessions and develop instructional materials as needed.

Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement improvements in support processes.

Good communication skills.
