About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to find potential candidates who match the job requirements.

2. Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and job applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.

Conducting Interviews: Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates, either in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing. This includes asking relevant questions to assess candidates' suitability for the role.

Coordinating Interviews: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels, ensuring that all parties are available and prepared.

Communicating with Candidates: Keeping candidates informed about the status of their application, providing feedback, and answering any questions they may have about the position or the recruitment process.

Reference Checking: Contacting references provided by candidates to verify their employment history, skills, and qualifications.

Administering Assessments: Administering any pre-employment assessments or tests required for the position, and analyzing the results.

Negotiating Job Offers: Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating terms such as salary, benefits, and start dates.

Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include completing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organizations.
