Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify new leads within assigned international territories.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies through various channels (e.g. emails, calls, online platforms) to engage with potential customers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing customer pain points.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with international clients, fostering longterm partnerships.
  • Travel internationally to attend industry events, meet with prospects and clients, and participate in training conferences (may be required).
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans for your assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technology developments.
Prerequisites

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in BFSI.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the international business landscape and cultural sensitivities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
