We are currently seeking to hire a Business Development Executive who possesses exceptional negotiation and sales skills. This role provides a comprehensive 360-degree experience in sales and business development. Candidates for this position may be required to travel across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

Our sales professionals specialize in face-to-face sales presentations, as they offer our clients the opportunity to learn about Sanchit Solutions and the value we can add to their businesses.

In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building rapport and trust both for yourself and the company.

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for generating sales with existing customers and identifying new client opportunities. This includes establishing, maintaining, and expanding our customer base, as well as generating your own leads through various platforms.
Responsibilities

Market IT products and services both online and offline, including social media promotions.
Provide quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Collect market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
Generate and identify leads that align with the companys requirements.
Create presentations and case studies on potential business opportunities.
Contact potential clients through cold calling and emails.
Identify client needs and propose suitable products/services.
Tailor product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
Actively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Quickly familiarize yourself with the companys business process model and bid on projects that align with it.
Exhibit expertise in online bidding platforms such as Upwork and to enhance the companys brand exposure.
Exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive client communication.

Essential Requirements

Bachelors degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Direct sales experience in the software and services industry is highly desired.
Experience in the cloud, enterprise software industry, and knowledge of cloud/SaaS business models is preferred.
Intermediate understanding of a wide range of products and services.
Ability to identify how our products and services align with customer needs.
Good understanding of computer technology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong research skills and curiosity about different components of businesses.

Experience
Work experience of 1-2 years. Freshers are welcome to apply.
