Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercials projects, real estate developers.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and potential clients within the commercial real estate industry.
Understand client needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to create proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new projects and partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to commercial industry.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote our services and generate leads.
