Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will have a critical role in propelling business growth and meeting revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be in charge of spotting and pursuing new business prospects, forming and nurturing client connections, and contributing to the organization's overall triumph.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:
    Conduct comprehensive market research to spot potential clients, industry patterns, and rival offerings.
  • Analyze market requirements and offer insights to enhance our product/service lineup.
  • Lead Generation:
    Devise and execute efficient lead-generation tactics.
  • Identify and evaluate potential leads through multiple channels, such as networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Client Acquisition:
    Establish and sustain robust client relationships, grasp their needs, and introduce tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and seal deals to meet sales targets.
  • Proposal Development:
    Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, ensuring they are in sync with client needs and company competencies.
  • Cooperate with the internal team to create inventive solutions for clients.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    Maintain precise records of sales actions, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide frequent reports on sales progress, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in business development, Digital Sales, or a related position.
  • Profound comprehension of the market and industry trends.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and cooperatively in a rapid-paced setting.

Salary Range: 35k and above - Competitive Negotiations in line with market standards ( 2% incentives on every deal )
