Deputy Sales Manager

Job Summary: Incumbent must be from an electronic industry/domain working with an inclination to Sales and should be from the electronics industry domain with good foot hold on Retail, Infrastructure and Pharma Industry domain with good contact with builders and architects and decision makers for getting the leads and also conversion. Incumbent must be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy assigned too as per business needs. Incumbent must be able to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. Job Responsibilities Incumbent must be able to effectively close on sales interaction in order to understand the exact requirement of the client and position his company as the best choice for the client Should be able to prepare & send him the necessary quotes it is important for him/her to build brand awareness and trust by being professional Ability of incumbent to generate cross-sales from the client. Incumbent must be able to Create presentations, datasheets, and flow charts based on the client requirements & Coordinate with the internal technical team to generate proposals. Incumbent must be able to close & negotiate on win-win deals Incumbent must be able to maintain profitability index as per management guidelines Incumbent must be able to front end with customer and interface between the client and the technical team from getting the orders executed and collection of the pending dues from the customer too. Incumbent must be able to sourcing accurate contact details from online sources & other networks pertinent of the company's client data. Incumbent must be able to maintain the database on the standard templates of the organization. & be prepared for meetings via structured research about target client to close the deal. Desired Skills: Should be strong in oral & written communication Ability to negotiate well and close the deals Should be well versed with MS office and other related packages and should be able to operate apps as desired from time to time and must be technology savvy. Ability to coordinate and bring works executed to logical closure of end to end customer requirements. Collect the work completion certificate along with payments from the customer too. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Good understanding of home automation and IoT products Experience in selling technical products or services Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel within and around Hyderabad Prior experience in field sales or a related role is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience: 5-6 years
