Business Development Manager GENERAL DESCRIPTION


We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our established, award-winning team You will be responsible for expanding the companys client base by selling to qualified new prospects.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Become an outspoken advocate of the agency and perfect your presentation skills
Research, write and prepare proposals, scopes of work, and MSAs
Maintain an organized and up-to-date Sales pipeline via Hubspot or similar tools
Participate in routine internal meetings for alignment between Sales and Marketing
Leverage your existing network to continue to bring visibility and opportunity to the agency
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or better in related field (Business, Marketing, Communications)
4 Years direct B2B sales experience
Experiencing maintaining a pipeline using a modern CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc)
