National Institute of Construction Management and Research is a pioneering organization for the promotion of education, training, research, professionalism, and skill formation at all levels of the construction and other allied industries. NICMAR is an independent, autonomous, non-government, non-profit entity incorporated in Mumbai.
JOB PURPOSE:
Business Development (BD) Manager at our NICMAR NCR campus will play as crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships to leverage growth levers and contributing to the growth areas within the construction education space.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researching and identifying new market trends and growth areas in the education domain
Generating leads, partnering with stakeholders, and conducting surveys for new target demographics
Responsible for assigned admissions, revenue targets and achievement against the same
Implementing strategic plans in the region to enhance institutes reputation and student outreach
Drive business from channel partners & student ambassadors
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Providing support with operations, creating strategic account plans and prioritizing new business ventures
Leading the development and management of marketing strategies and business presentations
Initiate brand awareness strategies and campaigns for leveraging the NICMAR brand
Managing the budgeted activities and revenue projections through analysis of revenue model
Accept any other related delegations and responsibilities as entrusted by relevant authorities
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL Working under Director Sales & Relevant REQUIREMENT:
A masters degree in sales & marketing
Proven experience of at least 8 years as a business development manager in similar role-preferably in education sector
Start-up experience in education space is an added advantage
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
