VIP Excellence Support Manager

Lead DCS 3 Phase UPS product Sustaining Engineering Team to find the Root Cause Analysis for issues faced at UPS Products installed at VIP Customer Sites.
Be agile and support UPS Product squads to resolve VIP Customer issues & resolve Global EE Crisis for Critical Components of UPS Products.
Roles And Responsibilities
- RCA for all the Customer issues & resolution through design modifications, factory process improvements & supplier 8D report for 3phase UPS product lines.
- Support Product Verification and Validation/Qualification/Certification & Quality improvement for the 3Phase UPS Product line.
- Understand IEC standard clearly and have rich experience in conducting verification as well as validation at internal as well as external labs like TUV, CPRI, UL etc.
- Well versed with different IEC, UL standard and its revisions to identify impact of the same on 3Phase UPS product.
- Work closely with stakeholders like R&D, Factory & Field Service Teams for RCA.
- Work to upskill squad/resource capabilities to meet the New Product requirements.
- Give strong feedback to R&D for design improvements & manufacturing production Lines for process improvements based on product RCA.
- Knowledge on electrical and electronic components to suggest to improve Product design & production efficiency.
- Responsible for conducting/ reviewing performance appraisal and Individual Development Plan for the team members.
- Responsible for hiring & training the team to ensure technical skill balance among team members.
- Self-motivated and highly organized
