About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with our valued customers and providing top-notch assistance, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.

2. Handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels (phone, email, and social media) and resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. Maintain the CRM database.

3. Demonstrating outstanding communication and convincing skills to provide accurate information, promote our services, and address any issues that may arise.

4. Maintaining a positive and welcoming tone to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our customers, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional service.
