The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising lead generation campaigns across various channels to meet business objectives.. Responsibilities:. Own the target of providing marketing qualified leads ( MQLs) to sales and business development teams. Leads to come from multiple digital marketing channels

Manage the leads coming from all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and other lead generation channels like webinars, events, meetups , partnerships etc. Primary responsibility will be to qualify leads coming from different marketing channels, initiate the exploratory discussion, understand their requirements and set up a demo with the sales team

Maintain the defined standards of conversion from lead to marketing qualified leads. Track the quality of leads and update the marketing team for better fitment and targeting. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand target audiences, buyer personas and position the company offerings accordingly.

Manage lead nurturing processes to guide leads through the sales funnel, optimising conversion rates and improving lead quality.. Research and identify new opportunities and tools to enhance lead generation efforts and stay updated on industry best practices.. Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs, track lead conversion rates, and optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in marketing or sales are a plus.

3-5 years of proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) will be added advantage. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
