Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
CHRO to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for cultivating a positive work environment and maximizing employee potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee performance management processes to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Design and implement training and development programs, including needs analysis, vendor partnerships, and calendar preparation.
- Lead succession planning efforts to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process to attract top talent and maintain a diverse workforce.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Spearheaded CSR and ESG initiatives.
- Build and mentor a highperforming HR team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, training and development, recruitment, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
