About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle recruitment for junior to mid-level hiring

2. Build a database/pipeline of good quality talent for junior to mid-level roles

3. Manage recruitment consultants to provide support when recruitment demands are high or to meet specialized recruitment needs

4. Handle induction and onboarding documentation of all new employees

5. Maintain the employee records & HRMIS reports

6. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

7. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies

8. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates, etc.

9. Coordinate and execute monthly employee engagement activities
