Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and markets to expand the company's customer base.
Prospect and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations between prospects and sales executives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to inform the refinement of sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Continuously improve and refine outreach techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value proposition and differentiation of the company's products or services.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics and KPIs related to lead generation and conversion rates.
Support the development of sales collateral and marketing materials to enhance outreach efforts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive integrated business development initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the marketplace.
Adapt and pivot strategies based on evolving market conditions and customer feedback.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

Requirements and skills

Good communication skills
Must have Bike
Minimum 2 year of experience in any sales
Graduation Mendatory
Strong management and leadership skills
