Locations :

• Bangalore, Mangalore, Hubli, Mysore, Belgaum

Responsibilities

Developing training programs and materials for sales teams, including new hires and ongoing development.
Conducting training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
Providing coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve their performance and skills.
Organizing workshops, seminars, and role-playing exercises to reinforce learning and skill development.
Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in sales training.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
Updating training materials and content to reflect changes in products, markets, or sales strategies.
Supporting the onboarding process for new sales hires and facilitating their integration into the team.
Serving as a resource and mentor for sales representatives, offering guidance and support as needed.

Requirements and skills

Good communication skills
Must have Bike
Minimum 2 year of experience in any sales
Graduation Mendatory
Strong management and leadership skills
