Analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions tailored to their specific circumstances.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, proactively addressing any issues or obstacles to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay informed about market dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development.
Utilize effective communication and negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new market segments.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and reputation with integrity and professionalism.
Provide input and feedback to support the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues to drive collective success.

Requirements and skills

Good communication skills
Must have Bike
Minimum 2 year of experience in any sales
Graduation Mendatory
Strong management and leadership skills
