Job Description

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Establishing and overseeing APAC Digital Sales planning & governance processes for cross-functional GTM teams
  • Collaborating across functions to align plans and ensure comprehensive planning, including post-sale readiness
  • Defining and monitoring KPI's (leading, lagging indicators) throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Taking responsibility for driving action plans across functions to enhance KPI's
  • Initiating and managing various projects within the Digital Sales portfolio, such as digitization and automation projects
  • Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables with high quality
  • Working closely with Global business planning, APAC Sales Operations, Strategy, HR, and Sales Compensation teams to offer insight and transparency on strategic priorities
  • Conducting thorough analyses to provide data-driven recommendations for leadership decision-making
  • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Representing APAC Digital Sales business in cross-functional FY25 planning activities with Geo and broader Global organizations

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Experience in Business Unit Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Strong skills in program/project management and facilitation
  • Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing matrixed teams
  • An analytical, fact-based, and process-oriented approach
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate results into actionable insights and deliverables
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities to achieve results
  • Proficiency in SaaS business processes and customer lifecycle
  • Capability to challenge conventions and build consensus towards common objectives
  • Blend of intellectual prowess, excellent active listening, and creative problems-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present information in a clear and concise manner for diverse executive audiences
  • Availability to work across Australian hours
