As a Migration Customer Solution Manager you will work with the largest and most complex enterprises in the world, to enable their multi-year journey to the cloud.

In this new, highly visible, role you will ensure that all AISPL teams work together effectively and efficiently to deliver migration and modernization outcomes for the customer in relation to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud.


Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging program management, technical, organizational, and transformation expertise.
Understand customers' business and strategic goals, translate them into an executable plan, and drive successful implementation.

Provide prescriptive guidance based on AWS best practices to guide customers through their migration and modernization journey to AWS at scale.

Take ownership of multiple migration projects within enterprises, collaborating with various teams.
Lead cloud migration and modernization programs that span traditional IT teams and business units.

A Day in the Life:
Engaging with customers from the inception stage, understanding their vision, culture, and processes. Communicating customer needs to AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams. Ensuring consistent best practices are applied including Migration Readiness Assessment, workshops, and reporting. Leading interactions with specialist teams, ProServ, and Partners for handoffs.

Requirements:
Technical program management background
Detail-oriented with experience in managing teams to deliver complex programs
Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to work with diverse teams and ensure compliance with AWS standards and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive results autonomously
