About the internship:

In your role as a talent acquisition Trainee at Techify Solutions, you will be integral to managing the recruitment process. This an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple facets of recruitment, such as candidate sourcing, initial screenings, interview coordination, and involvement in recruitment events and initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and professional networks.

2. Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that align with job requirements.

3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

4. Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

5. Assisting in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.

6. Supporting the maintenance of recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

7. Contributing to the development of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and marketing collateral.

8. Collaborating with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.

2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in talent acquisition/recruitment.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
