- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Develop and manage the sales budget, optimizing resources to maximize ROI.

- Ensue effective cost control while achieving sales goals.

- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

- Keep the team updated on product/service offerings and industry trends.
