Mercer is looking for candidates for the position of Associate Director - Talent Strategy Consulting in Mumbai.

What to Expect:

  • Project Management and Delivery:
  • Lead delivery of complex projects in Talent and M&A solutions:
    • Workforce and Organization Transformation - Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Job Evaluation, New Shape of Work, etc.
    • HR Transformation - HR Operating Model, HR Process Redesign, HR Technology Strategy, etc.
    • Talent Management - Competency Framework, Career Architecture, Assessment and Development, Leadership Coaching, etc.
    • Employee Experience - Culture, EVP, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.
    • M&A - HR due diligence, HR integration planning, post-deal HR management, project management, etc.
  • Practice Development:
  • Lead practice development and thought leadership by sharing project insights and trends in white-papers. Customize global tools for the Indian market.
  • Business Development:
  • Lead business development by understanding client needs, creating proposals and solutions for profitable sales. Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Expectations:

  • Revenue generation/asset management accountability - XXX USD
  • Management responsibility - including hiring, coaching, performance reviews
  • Project management
  • Typical project team size - 1 to 5 members

  • Percentage of time on project management - 50%

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR experience, consulting experience is a plus. Full-time MBA from a reputed institute.
