HR Business Partner

Job Title:
HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Manufacturing / Warehousing

Job Description:


As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations through effective HR management.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement within the warehouse workforce.
  • Organize regular teambuilding activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work culture.

Grievance Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee grievances related to warehouse operations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and ensure fair and timely resolutions under company policies and legal regulations.

Attrition Management:

  • Analyze attrition trends and identify underlying causes to develop effective retention strategies.

Hiring and Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for warehouse positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse pool of talent.

Retention Strategies:

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to encourage highperforming employees to stay with the company.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement.

Manpower Budgeting:

  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to develop and manage the warehouse manpower budget.
  • Monitor staffing costs and identify opportunities for optimization while ensuring adequate manpower levels to meet operational requirements.

Disciplinary Issues:

  • Provide guidance and support to supervisors/managers in handling disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspensions, and terminations.
