JOB SUMMARY:


As an Account Manager, you work on creating a larger set of advertisers to establish Disney Hotstars presence while advising them on the right solution set to help drive their objectives.

This role involves driving identified goals in the respective region through market intelligence and innovative ideas to position Disney Hotstar as a choice platform for advertisers and agencies.

In this role, you will own the revenue targets for the SMB accounts for the Entertainment and Sports business of Disney Hotstar.

You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to meet goals and utilize an analytical approach to sales management.

Developing and growing some of the largest businesses in India through a customized account management approach is crucial.

We are seeking highly motivated key account managers with a sharp understanding of market dynamics and the digital world, who can forge strong partnerships with clients to create value for them.


ABOUT THE TEAM:


The SMB Ad sales team caters to emerging clients across categories, working closely with them to solve marketing goals through custom solutions on Disney Hotstar.

The team collaborates with clients to understand their business and marketing objectives, providing solutions across the vast landscape of the Disney Hotstar ads ecosystem that work for the client and help secure ad revenues for the platform.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Drive sales and adoption of Disney Hotstar across Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) by executing a strategic business plan focused on new business development.

Success measured on the value and number of advertisers on the platform
Onboard new clients, account management, and expansion in the assigned region
End-to-end management of hunting, pitching, solutioning, and execution for a large number of SMB/New age businesses
Increase market share using a consultative sales approach, competitor analysis, category level insights, emerging tech solutions, and opportunities
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, turning them into long-term partnerships
Act as an advisor on brand solutions in a strategic way and drive business

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
MBA with 6-8 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, and client relationship management with an understanding of digital sales background
