Area Retail Manager

Responsible For:
Overseeing the successful operations of retail outlets - both company owned and franchisee led. Business development for expansion of the retail network in the geography. Place of Posting
Branch Office Purpose of the:
Position - Responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding the brand image across all retail locations.
Key Deliverables -Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure alignment with brand values and operational standards Provide support, guidance and regular communication to franchisees, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative partnership.
Conduct regular store audits to assess compliance with brand guidelines and operational protocols.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial health of individual stores and the franchise network as a whole.
Coordinate and deliver training programs for store sales teams to ensure a consistent understanding of brand values, products, and operational procedures.
Generate regular reports on the performance of individual stores and the overall franchise network, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies that drive footfall and salesJob
Requirements:
- Total Experience (years)8+ years Industry preferred
- Consumer Durables, FMCG, Online and Offline Retail brands, D2C brands Qualification
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in retail management with a focus on franchisee operations. General
Requirements:
- Stable profile. Should not have history of frequent job changes. Ability to travel to various locations within the franchise network. Willing to relocate with family as applicable to locations as required by the company. Personality Traits
- Well groomed, Confident, Energetic, Approachable with excellent communication, Oratory & Interpersonal skills. Displays Curiosity, Integrity, accountability, drive results & process orientation.

- Ability to identify business opportunities to drive marketing activities. Understanding consumer behavior, customer experience and customer centricity.
