In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Packing of finished goods as per packing instructions.
  • Shipping the material as per the Invoice and packing list with zero errors.
  • Prepare a Packing list with exact weight and dimensions.
  • Monitoring the shipment till delivery at the customer end.
  • CAPA for customer complaints or any shipping error.
  • Tracking of pending Invoices daily.
  • Capture and store all shipping documents and pictures.
  • Maintain the Outward Gate register daily and circulate it every month to stakeholders.
  • Ensure robust packing to avoid transit damages in Domestic and Export.
  • Coordinating with local logistics service providers for vehicles to achieve on-time delivery
  • Responsible for safe working as per safety norms
  • Identifying hazards and report it in systems.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the manufacturing industry and packing and shipping department.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with strong MS Office skills Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP system
  • Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines
