Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Organization team and play a crucial role in helping our clients find the right talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, from understanding our clients' hiring needs to delivering high-quality candidates.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various industries and strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their requirements.
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Build a strong network of candidates, both active and passive, across different industries.
Create and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with clients.
Manage the entire candidate assessment process, including skills testing and reference checks.
Facilitate the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers.
Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and competitive compensation packages.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities in the applicant tracking system.
Provide regular progress reports to clients, sharing insights and data related to the recruitment process.
Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on non-IT positions.
Strong understanding of the non-IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
