About the role:

The Retention Marketing/CRM Lead will create & execute strategies to maintain existing customer base and enhance customer loyalty across platforms.

S/he will build Customer Analytics dashboards focused upon LTV, CAC ratio etc. to ensure profitable P&L.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and implement strong strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer behaviour data to discern trends and identify areas for enhancement
  • Responsible for traffic & revenue generation from CRM channels, managing channel growth via new initiatives and defining the overall CRM strategy, maximize MAUs, Conversions & ROI
  • Fuel customer engagement & retention by growth hacking campaigns as emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and inapp communication & using Affiliates, Push messages, social media, web properties
  • Driving GMV, traffic, user retention
  • Optimizing funnels & reducing customer churns
  • Collaborate with diverse internal teams such as marketing, Web Operations, creatives, data and Customer Support to enhance the overall customer experience and design targeted campaigns to boost customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement controlled experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of retention initiatives
  • Continuously assess the success of retention efforts, making datadriven decisions to optimize results
  • Develop and manage budgets for retention marketing initiatives, ensuring costeffectiveness
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, imparting insights and recommendations to the marketing team

Skills & Experience:

  • 47 years of relevant experience
  • Worked on all types of relevant campaigns: SMS, email, Push, Social Media, inapp etc.
  • The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions for increasing customer loyalty
  • Understands funnel & churn stages to eradicate possibilities of the churns

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate (Premiere Institute &/or Post Graduate preferred)
