Field & Partner Marketing Lead

You'll be the primary custodian of all field & partner marketing initiatives globally.

You'll liaise closely with the GTM team, including Sales & alliances, while being a part of the marketing team to identify offline & online activities along with partner marketing.

This role will contribute significantly towards our demand generation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Planning
  • Constantly look out and research for events, roadshows and exclusive seminars where our ICP usually attends and manage a monthly as well as quarterly field marketing calendar along with brand building activities


Budget
  • Work closely with the marketing & business heads to identify budgets to plan out all the events in the required geographies. This'll also include negotiations with potential event organisers, influencers, media houses, vendors


Integrated Campaign Management
  • Liaison with content marketers, marketing operations, designs and sales leaders to run 360 marketing campaigns including email, social, ABM to maximise ROI and better lead nurturing


AE Pipeline Building
  • AEs will be your regular point of contact. Understand pulse of local markets from them to identify the right field marketing initiatives and opportunities make sure that they're always on the road ;)


Analyst Relations (AR)
  • Identify and reach out to analyst firms like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, KMWorld, etc and educate them on regular intervals about product and company enhancements. Build relations to get organic visibility and mentions in their reports


Partner Marketing
  • Schedule regular interactions with partners for cobranded marketing activities such as webinars, road shows, marketing collateral creation, joint value proposition documentation, partner sales enablement, etc


Influencer Relations (IR)
  • Find out CX and Knowledge influencers in key markets. Engage with them on different models such as influencer posts, market research, webinars, roadshows etc to drive brand building and demand generation

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of overall work experience. Atleast 1 year of experience in field and/or partner marketing experience in B2B tech, preferably with a SaaS or Enterprise software company
  • Strong conceptualization skills for campaign management
  • Proven experience in executing highperforming campaigns mapped directly with ROI (funnel creation)
  • Hands on experience in negotiating and onground event management
  • Self motivated to take ownership of budgets, tools & processes with minimal supervision
