Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for remote sensing and GIS solutions, targeting the agricultural sector.

Identify new market opportunities and engage with potential clients to introduce BharatRohan's innovative solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions that enhance their agricultural practices.

3. Product Presentation and Demonstration: Demonstrate the capabilities of remote sensing and GIS solutions to potential clients through presentations, workshops, and field demonstrations.

- Highlight the benefits of BharatRohan's technology in improving crop yield and reducing losses.

4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in agriculture.

- Use insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

5. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills in selling technology-driven agricultural solutions.

6. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that sales strategies align with BharatRohan's technological capabilities and service offerings.

- Provide feedback from clients to aid in product development and improvement.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and market trends. Report findings to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations for business growth.

8. Educational Initiatives: Conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions for farmers and stakeholders to educate them on the benefits of remote sensing and GIS solutions in agriculture.

9. Customer Support: Ensure exceptional customer service and support, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

10. Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations when conducting sales and business activities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing. Environmental Science, Remote Sensing, GIS, or related fields.

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the agricultural, remote sensing, or GIS sectors.

- Strong understanding of remote sensing technologies and their application in agriculture.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
